If you know me, you know I love music.  I will not confess to being a disc jockey, because most of what I love others hate (see: Dave Matthews Band).  However, I think I may have created one of my favorite playlists thus far.  So, I figured I’d share it with all of you faithful readers, maybe inspire at least ONE of you to check out a track you did not know about or remind you of an epic classic.  So, without further ado, the track listings in my CD player, currently.  I would advise that if you have subwoofers, turn them on, it’s worth it.

(Caution, the blog-writer claims no ownership of any of the tracks listed, all rights belonging to the label and artists performing them.  And Prince.  Profanity IS TO BE EXPECTED.)

Lady Gaga – Stuck on Fuckin’ You (yeah yeah, it’s Gaga, but holy goodness does this song hit the woofers)

Hed P.E. – Bartender (“Take it like a man, motherfucka’.  Your bitch chose ME, motherfucka’!”  Classic!)

Incubus – Dig (doesn’t fit the mold, but it’s just a really good song)

Mudvayne – Dig (sure the song is scary, but those drums are INTENSE!)

Rage Against the Machine – Calm Like a Bomb (this song fires me up)

Foo Fighters – Darling Nikki (no offense, but I don’t like Cee Lo Green on vocals)

Hum – Stars (there’s just really something about this song that, I dunno, I dig a lot.  “I thought you’d be there holding daisies, you always wait for me”)

Marilyn Manson – The Beautiful People (yes, I know he worships Satan.  I don’t.  However, this one track opened me up to, I dunno, progressive rock that has stuck with me ever since.)

Rage Against the Machine – Bullet in the Head (I once had a noise violation when I lived in Dayton, Ohio for playing this REALLY loud when I was REALLY mad.  Therefore, it stays on the playlist.)

INXS – Need You Tonight (Holy crap this does NOT fix the mix, but it does sound great on my CD player.  Let’s take it back to the old days!)

Spacehog – In the Meantime (I was reintroduced to this song fairly recently and I am mad I forgot about it.)

Much thanks to GROOVESHARK for being available to listen to any song for free.  I love their service.  Comment, lemme know what YOU think of my audio choices!
